The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), supported by the European Union and Sweden under ENPARD IV, empowers smallholder women dairy farmers in Georgia. This initiative provides knowledge and matching grants to enhance food safety and efficiency in their dairy production.

Thousands of farmers have participated in FAO Farmer Field Schools, gaining vital insights into animal health, safe production, and good veterinary practices. Additionally, hundreds have received matching grants to acquire essential dairy production equipment.
