Society's slow response has been alarming, but contemporary climate activism, particularly from young people, now offers hope. Radical systemic changes are crucial for humanity's survival.

Jakub Hrbáň, a Slovak coordinator for "Fridays For Future," embodies this movement. After high school, he joined the 2019 climate strike and studied global challenges in Sweden.
