The Regional Forum for Europe “Accessible Europe: ICT 4 ALL” will be held in Madrid, Spain, on December 13-14, 2023. Organized by the ITU, European Commission, and AccessibleEU Resource Centre, and hosted by Fundación ONCE, this event marks the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and supports the ITU's "Digital inclusion and skills development" initiative.

This two-day forum unites policymakers, academia, civil society, and industry to advance digital accessibility. Day one covers ICT accessibility, regulatory frameworks, and innovative solutions; day two explores web accessibility, universal design, AI, and emerging technologies. The forum aims to foster knowledge, partnerships, and an inclusive digital future.
