Hosted by the Women’s Earth and Climate Network (WECAN) from June 23-28, 2025, the session featured experts from organizations including Third World Network, Oil Change International, Latindadd (Latin American and for the Caribbean Network for Social, Economic and Environmental Justice), and Tax Justice Network Africa.

Organized by WECAN, the Assembly brought together over 125 grassroots and frontline women leaders, global advocates, and policymakers representing 50 countries.
