While renewable energy is crucial for reducing greenhouse gas emissions, a complete transition also requires redesigning how we produce things, especially food. A circular economy for food means designing systems where nature thrives, rather than bending nature to produce food. This approach eliminates waste and pollution, circulates products and materials, and regenerates nature.
