Slam Dunkley, an Earth Guardians board member, recently delivered a law school graduation speech. He highlighted societal hypocrisy and the need for young leaders to maintain optimism for a radically different future.

Born in France, of Jamaican and Nanticoke Lenni-Lenape descent, Slam boasts a distinguished academic and legal career. A Division 1 Rower, he earned multiple degrees and, in law school, led student associations and wrote an award-winning paper on Indian Water rights. He will continue his legal education at UCLA.
