Climate Editor Breanna Draxler, the discussion will explore fundamental societal changes needed for climate policies that move beyond technology and market-based approaches, adapting to strict ecological boundaries.

Colette Pichon Battle, a renowned climate justice advocate and attorney from Bayou Liberty, Louisiana, empowers frontline communities. She helps them develop climate strategies to responsibly manage their water, energy, and land.

Drawing on decades of experience, Colette exposes the root causes of environmental inequities. She argues that true climate justice must encompass gender and migrant justice, linking them to fundamental human rights for clean air, water, land, and sustainable energy.

Colorado State Senator Steve Fenberg, a champion of climate legislation, also participated as a local panelist.
