Nelleke's career began in Rotterdam, instilling a "stop talking, start working" ethos. After a PhD from TU Delft, she gained extensive experience in chemical process design in the US and at Avantium Technologies in Amsterdam. Her diverse background honed her skills in innovation and collaboration within the chemical industry.
