This month's call will explore whether carbon fee and dividend can bridge the Republican-Democrat divide. We'll hear from Dr. Ray Ward, a Republican state representative and family physician from Utah, who champions this policy. Earlier this year, Dr. Ward co-signed a Deseret News op-ed with two dozen other Utah Republicans, endorsing carbon fee and dividend as a viable climate solution.
