Oregon Dept of Agriculture Hemp Rules Meeting (0/28/16)

Agriculture regarding the growing and handling of industrial hemp and industrial hemp seed.
Hearings relates to private lab testing of processed industrial hemp products for human consumption. They will be going in to temporary rules in coming weeks and months. Lindsay Eng of the Oregon Department of Agriculture testifies on the background of proposed rules.
