Disappointed in the Paris Climate Agreement Subnationals Step Up

In the wake of the Paris Climate agreement, many scientists say that even more needs to be done to combat climate change. In the United States, several cities and states are setting their own efforts to curb emissions. Around the world, subnational agreements are popping up with hopes of leading the way in the climate fight.
