Brooklyn Naval Yard, New York. Mayor Bloomberg Outlines ambitious proposal to protect City against the effects of Climate Change to build a stronger, more resilient New York. New York is described by Dr. John Holdren, science and technology advisor to President Obama as being the "point of the spear in addressing climate change."

James Molinaro, Borough President of Staten Island introduces Mayor Bloomberg who details the city's plan and what they are doing including economic development that incorporates climate risk.
